Simply put, spiritual direction is when a person seeks guidance and support from a companion in their spiritual journey. Together we seek to discover the presence and work of God in your life. It is a way to discover paths to deeper spiritual connection and personal growth.

Spiritual direction typically involves monthly meetings, either in-person or virtually.
These can be more or less frequent, depending on your personal needs.

About Me
I was raised in a Christian home, but as a young adult I had a LOT of questions about the Bible, Christianity and how to relate to God. During a particularly intense period of questioning a friend came along who was willing to listen to me. We met frequently for a year while he listened to me without judgement, and then asked good questions to help guide my spiritual search. Through this “spiritual companioning” I found answers to many of my questions, as well as a deeper relationship with God and greater awareness of His loving presence.
Since this initial beginning, I have spent many years growing in my own spiritual life and journeying with others. I was introduced to the formal practice of Spiritual Direction 10 years ago and realized this was what my friend had done with me so long ago. Since then, I have met with two Certified Spiritual Directors to enrich my own spiritual journey. In 2021 I began training to be a Spiritual Director myself so that I could offer this type of guidance to others.
I now live in Murfreesboro, Tennessee and meet with people in-person and on-line who are seeking to grow in their understanding and relationship with God.
